Every shipment.
Every dock.
One operating picture.

Logifabric Flow is the control tower for modern logistics ops — live visibility, dynamic ETAs, exception copilots, and yard orchestration on one unified data plane.

Flow control tower dashboard

Capabilities

The whole logistics loop, in one product.

No more stitching together a TMS, a yard system, and a homegrown ETA spreadsheet.

Live shipment graph

Every active load, every yard spot, every dock — all on one map, updated live. Drill from the network view to a single trailer in two clicks.

Dynamic ETAs

Telematics-driven ETAs that shrink as the truck approaches. Computed continuously from the latest position fix, with graceful fall-back to lane history when a device goes dark.

Exception management

Four canonical rules — late, telemetry-stale, dock-missed, reefer-alarm — evaluated continuously. Open exceptions surface on the dashboard with one-click drill-down.

Flow copilot

Ask "where are my late shipments?" or "summarise yard occupancy at Bremen-2" and get a grounded answer. Tools call live Flow data; answers cite shipment IDs.

Yard & dock sync

Automatic dock assignment pairs in-window shipments with free doors. Staging fallback when the yard is full. Audit trail on every move.

OTIF · dwell · detention reports

Per-carrier rollups for OTIF, dwell, and detention exposure — with CSV export. Window any date range; compare carriers at a glance.

Architecture

Four layers. One predicate: tenant isolation at the row.

01 · Ingest

Telematics + EDI in, normalised out.

GPS, ELD, and asset trackers stream into a bulk-ingest webhook with per-device API keys. Carrier OEM payloads (Geotab, Samsara) map to a uniform position-fix shape.

02 · Persist

Tenant-isolated at the row.

Every record is scoped to your tenant at the data layer — defence-in-depth so a bug in any query can't cross the boundary. Append-only audit trail with a daily tamper-evident seal.

03 · Predict

Dynamic ETAs that stay current.

The ETA engine reacts to every new position fix and updates the destination arrival + variance live. Stale telemetry surfaces as an exception, not a guess.

04 · Act

Auto-dispatch & ops copilot.

Automatic dock assignment pairs trucks with doors safely under concurrent load. The copilot answers questions from live shipment data — no hallucinated numbers.

Trust

Built for the auditor before the demo.

Tenant boundaries are enforced at the data layer — not by a query filter an engineer might forget. Every change lands in a fail-closed audit log with a daily tamper-evident seal.

Common questions

What ops leads ask first.

Does Flow replace my TMS?

Flow sits above your TMS / WMS / EDI stack and consumes their feeds. It's an orchestration + visibility layer, not a tender management replacement.

How does ETA prediction work without a routing engine?

The v1 baseline uses great-circle distance and the latest speed reading from the trailer's telematics device. Lane-history bias and road-network routing are on the roadmap. Even the baseline beats the static "appointment minus now" ETA most operations use today.

What does the copilot have access to?

Read-only tools backed by your live Flow API — overview, shipments, yard occupants, plants, vendors. The copilot cites shipment IDs in every answer and never sees data outside your tenant.
